KICK BOXING
ABOUT OUR KICK BOXING CLASSES
Our Kick Boxing classes are aimed at people of all abilities, age 6 and above. We have split ability classes and even a fight club every Saturday.
Our lessons are focused on the development of coordination, fitness, strength, and flexibility. Whilst we do not engage in full contact combat lessons, we do take part in light-continuous sparring, where we attempt to implement our skills in realistic training scenarios.
Whether you’re there for fitness or to one day hold a black belt, our classes could be for you.
Our monthly fees represent great value for money, running 6 days a week.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
Arrival Time
If it’s your first class, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your class begins, just in case you have trouble locating us
Comfy Workout Clothes
Don’t worry that you won’t have a uniform to begin with. Just wear something comfortable that you enjoy to exercise in
Eating Before Exercise
We recommend that if you need to eat something, that is light and easy to digest. Please do not come to classes directly after consuming large heavy meals.
Bring Water
All students must be a bottle of water with them, and we recommend writing your name on it, so if it can be returned to you, if left at the dojo
Other equipment
We recommend that once you are settled into your sessions, you bring your own boxing gloves with you. Please check that they are the correct size, appropriate for sparring. You’ll also need a gum shield, focus pads, and leg protectors. We recommend that girls age 12+ have a chest protector, and all boys wear a groin guard. All of your equipment should be named.
Contact to place an order
Please contact Helen to arrange for any of these items or to advise on sizing. You’ll also be able to see photos of any of our branded items by visiting our shop.
